Terms of Service

We provide website design and build, app development, content writing, SEO, Google Ads, and website hosting. The specific work, deliverables, and price for any project are agreed with you in writing before we begin. Ongoing services such as hosting and support are provided on a subscription basis.

Some of our services — including hosting and support plans — are sold as recurring subscriptions, billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.

• Your subscription begins on the date of your first successful payment.
• The billing period (monthly or annual) is shown at checkout and on your receipt.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• We'll always tell you the price before you subscribe. If we change a subscription price, we'll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect at your next renewal.

We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to take payments and handle all subscription renewals. When you subscribe, Stripe securely stores your payment details and automatically charges your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.

We do not store or have access to your full card details — these are held by Stripe under its own security and privacy terms. You authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal until your subscription is cancelled. It's your responsibility to keep your payment details up to date; failed payments may result in your service being suspended.

You can manage your subscription and payment method at any time through the customer portal.

You can cancel a subscription at any time through the customer portal or by emailing support@2xn.co.uk. Cancellation stops future renewals.

• When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. You keep access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for cancellations, including for any unused portion of a billing period.
• Payments already taken — including automatic renewals — are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
• One-off project fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to use our services for anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend or end your access if these terms are breached.

Once a project is fully paid for, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you. We retain ownership of our own tools, frameworks, and any pre-existing materials used to deliver the work, and we may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
